Fall Retreat |
|
We'll read the gospel of
Matthew by candlelight and then go out and try to experience
parts Jesus' life for real. It's an experience you won't
want to miss! Cost is $95 but you can save $20 by getting
your form in by Sept. 12. Click here for a form.

Family of God |
|
Family of God is a soup
kitchen in Detroit. We go there once a month and serve food to
homeless people. Our next time is Monday, September 13. It is very rewarding and let's face it, those
of us born into a good family that lives in Birmingham,
Bloomfield or Troy etc. have it pretty easy. We have a
responsibility to give back. Talk to Wuggie if you want in.

Redemption |

Experience Redemption!
It's our new Wednesday night worship experience right after Core
Group. Come to Core Group at 6 and stay for Redemption, or
just show up at 7:15 in the gym. You've gotta experience
it! |

Core Group |
|
Core Group is a great bible
study group led by Jeff Gallo!! Core Group meets
every Wednesday from 6 to 8. But people
usually show up and hang out starting about 5 or so. You
can always come early and do homework or chill. There is
always food and pop. |

Stefany |
|
This is Stefany. She
lives in Peru. She has no father, and her mother is only
occasionally employed as a migrant farm worker. Stefany is
enrolled in a program in which WE pay for her food, clothing,
school, and health care. Consider putting a few dollars
aside every time you get some money, and give it to Stefany.
God gave us so many more opportunities than Stefany, but it is
our responsibility to take care of her.

Heart of Worship |

Our Next Heart of Worship is
Sunday, October 10!
Candles, Live band, Storytime. Sing, Dance, Mosh, Love,
Cry, Praise, Eat, Hold hands, Hope, Dream, Pray, Worship.
Heart of Worship is where it all comes together. It’s my
favorite Youth Group event.
Come early! Free Pizza at
6:30. Come to get filled on God's gifts of love,
acceptance and forgiveness. Or just plain come for the
food. See you there!!
